Eternity Mandala

The image depicts a large, circular arrangement of stones embedded into the earth, laid out in a clearing surrounded by trees. At the center of this arrangement is a white-stone star pattern with radiating spokes, surrounded by a circular path of soil and loose pebbles. Concentric rings of stacked gray rocks radiate outward from the center, creating a labyrinthine or mandala effect on the forest floor. A small, roughly constructed pile of stones (a cairn) sits in the foreground, while a singular, tall, dark wooden figure stands upright in the distance at the edge of the clearing.

This work represents the modern adaptation of mandala-making as a form of sacred geometry and meditative land art, drawing from Eastern spiritual traditions and contemporary nature-based ritual practices.
