A Triumph car with the Dutch sea heroes Cornelis Tromp and Michiel de Ruyter. The car is drawn by the Dutch Lion and the personification of Eendracht (Concordia), vigilance (Vigilantia) runs next to it. Victory (Victoria) is sitting on the goat of the car with a lance with the weapons of the seven provinces, in the back of the Peace is trying the Detinal. At the back of the car the Dutch tricolor and occupied English flags. English prisoners are on the ground. In the air the fame (fama) with two trumpets. Right of bonfires and salute shots to celebrate the peace of Westminster, closed on April 15, 1654. A ship with fireworks at sea.
