the middle finger; the second line the ring finger original: Gold-Finger; and the fourth the little finger; as this figure indicates:
A diagram consisting of three horizontal lines of varying lengths. These represent the segments or joints of the fingers used to categorize the geomantic points.
And the Punctation making of dots is always performed from the right to the left hand. Once the sign and the planet have been found through this dotting, one then enters the sign and the planets into the chart. When the signs are placed into the 12 houses according to their Ordination established order, one then also enters the planets. This happens in the following manner: for all planets, one casts off as many as possible likely referring to casting out 12s or 2s to find a remainder. Whatever remains is placed into the house of the remaining number. If the last point is reached, the planet is also placed in that house.
When all planets are located in the Schema diagram or chart, one creates a Speculum Mirror or table beneath it, 12 units wide and 10 units long, as the figure in the example shows. Afterward, one enters the planets into the Mirror in the following way:
One starts from the first house and observes whether a planet is inside it. If one is present, it is placed in the first box under the sign with which the planet stands in that house. If, however, 2, 3, or more planets are found together in the house, they are all placed one under the other under the sign in which the planets were found in that house. One proceeds in this way through all 12 houses.
