MA small white rectangular card is pasted onto the center of the page. It features a colored emblem within a circular border. The central image shows a white pelican in her nest, piercing her breast to feed her young with her own blood. This image, known as the 'Pelican in her Piety', is a traditional symbol of self-sacrifice and alchemical rebirth. The nest rests upon a white cube decorated with four red roses. Above the pelican, a golden sun emits rays of light downwards. The entire scene is enclosed in an oval with a green border. Surrounding this oval is the text 'Hermetic Philosophy' original: "Philosophia Hermetica" printed in a circular fashion.
