The landscape is a rugged, mountainous terrain symbolizing the School of God-guided Magic original: "Gymnasium Theo-magicum".

• Top Left: A beam of light descends from a cloud containing the name of God in Hebrew (JEHOVAH), bearing the inscription: With Divinity there is Light, and in Light there is Divinity original: "CVM NVMINE LVMEN ET IN LVMINE NVMEN".
• Central Monument: A stone archway or portal sits in the middle of the landscape, inscribed with the words: Live; Be; Glory to God Alone; Beware lest you dissolve the bond original: "VIVE ESTO SOLI DEO GLORIA CAVE NE SOLVAS".
• Landscape Labels: Numerous labels are scattered throughout. At the top right peak is a phrase in Greek: He moves every stone original: "Πάντα λίθον κινεῖ". Paths through the mountains are labeled Prayer original: "ORATIO" on the left and Labor original: "LABOR" on the right. In the lower right foreground, two figures are labeled The Wise Man and The Fool. On the far left, a ship is moored at a rocky coast, and a cave entrance is labeled Here is the Holy Spirit.
• Background: The scenery includes winding rivers, a bridge, several small buildings, and a church steeple in the distance.
• Bottom: A wide paragraph of Latin text provides the title and philosophical context of the work.

A sketch of that universal, macrocosmic School of God-guided Magic original: "GYMNASII Theo-magici", which is the true original: "γνεσίῳ", public, and great school of NATURE. It was generously built by JEHOVAH ELOHIM for all and every person. Here, through the Heavens, Stars, Earth, Sea, Waters, Stones, Vegetables, Animals, Minerals, and Metals; indeed, through all things born either in the womb of the Sea, or in the belly or surface of the Earth, or under the Heavens, the wonderful JEHOVAH teaches and declares His miraculous WISDOM. This wisdom is written in the great universal book of Nature, carved by the finger of the Omnipotence of Almighty GOD. It is the essential and really existing Divinity and Light of NATURE, a wise little spark of eternal WISDOM, which He untiringly manifests through natural and magical means. All those faithful Fathers and Ancestors of the sons of DOCTRINE, the ancient Magi or Sages and Philosophers, frequented this school with various industry. For them, the World served as a book, its parts and regions as pages, and its countless fruits as letters and languages. Long ago, they explored its length, breadth, height, and depth, as deep and far-learned admirers of the great World-book of Nature original: "hoch-stieff und weit-gelehrte des grossen Weltbuchs der Natur". Today, the faithful students of Theosophical Philosophy, which is the only true philosophy, still speak and explain these things to men in a Kabbalistic manner The Kabbalah is a tradition of mystical interpretation, here applied to the secrets of nature through Divine authority and Wisdom itself. Partly through the most sagacious Vulcanian Anatomy This refers to alchemy, the "anatomy" of substances performed using the fires of Vulcan, the smith-god, they draw forth a solid and perfect knowledge of ETERNAL WISDOM. This wisdom is wisely manifested in this worldly Universe and is grasped both physically and through artificial physical means, as if from the clearest fountain of Philosophy, by those who are Praying and Working with mind, reason, and senses. In this way, genuine Physicists and true Philosophers are made: not those who merely have opinions, but those who truly know. Many such men have been, are being, and shall be. For, by this orthodox and truly Theosophical method of philosophizing, we are able to see and know the CREATOR from the Creature, as if from an illustrious and clear mirror of Nature. We see His eternal Power and Divinity (as noted in Romans 1:20), through referring to Christ as the mediator of creation Jesus Christ, whom He sent. We also come to know OURSELVES and the inexhaustible treasures of the Divinity and Light of NATURE, both physically and philosophically. From these things, we learn to philosophize always and everywhere in an orthodox and wise manner, to live well, and to die blessedly. This is impossible for the one-eyed Sophists Scholars who rely only on logic and ignore spiritual or experimental reality. This is the very peak of purer Philosophy! Shame on the slanderer!
