Since, as we said in the previous Chapter, Pamerfiel—along with his aforementioned Spirits—is relentless and unfaithful, and does not obey everyone indiscriminately who desires to work in this art, but only the most expert in it; we wish in this present Chapter to make the art safer. We intend to demonstrate a way of working in it through better Spirits who are benevolent, prompt, and cheerful in obeying the one calling, who—when called in the proper manner and time—come without delay, and faithfully carry out what has been committed to them without any deception.
