The original handwritten title page is presented on aged, cream-colored paper. The text is centered and written in a formal script with varying sizes to establish a visual hierarchy, emphasizing the importance of the office of the Bishop. The paper shows noticeable signs of age, including significant brown staining—most notably a large vertical streak on the right side—and scattered foxing spots, which are small brown spots caused by mold or iron contaminants in the paper.
