The Tree of Faith, or The Tree of Life

...passed this current year regarding my physical existence original: "outward Being" and all the circumstances related to it, it has been very significant and worth noting. In this, my God has appeared greatly for my support, meeting all my physical needs original: "Bodily Necessities". These were provided by a remarkable hand of renewed Providence original: "Providence"; the protective care of God as a spiritual power as the need arose.

Although I faced great setbacks original: "plunges" and difficulties, along with the temptations that followed to test me, they were all for the trial of my faith. The power of the Most High original: "Most High"; a biblical title for God continued to maintain and uphold me invisibly, and thereby brought me through it all most victoriously. My tribulations and distresses were known to God alone, for I saw it was useless to complain to any human being original: "Creaturely Being". Yet, in everything, I did
