From the "Yes" original: "Jah," a shortened form of "Ja" or "Yes," representing the affirmative, divine outflowing comes Truth itself. §. 1. 2. Yes and No are one thing, but they separate into two centers. 3. 4. From the self-will arises the No; and the Unity is the outflowing Yes. 5. 6. The self-will desires itself, 7. and it desires the Unity for the sake of movement, knowledge, and understanding; 8. It creates desire and is magnetic, just as the Unity is giving. 9. 10. The desiring will is the drawing-in, from which the four first forms referring to the "Seven Properties of Nature" in Boehme’s cosmology are born, 11. 12. according to which God is a consuming fire; 13. and in the darkness, it becomes Hell. ibid. The 1st property of the drawing-in is the No, 14. as the foundation of Hell. 15. But the Love-fire in the 5th property is the foundation of the Light. 16. This Love and Light penetrates the fire; 17. just as the burning of the fire makes the Love actual. 18. Thus, the Wrath-fire and Love-fire make two centers. 19. The Wrath-fire is the foundation of eternal nature, 20. and the center of Love is the Yes, in which the Angelic and Soul-spirit is understood; 21. just as the foundation of souls and angels is understood in the eternal fire of nature. 22. The damnation of souls lies in selfhood original: "Eigenheit," the state of being turned inward toward the self rather than God: 23. just as their gentle well-being lies in Love. 24. In this fire, God dwells in His Trinity; 25. and out of this Holy Fire, the Yes—Jesus—has flowed forth. 26. In God [Himself] there is no wrath. 27. These two, Love and Wrath, make two principles, 28. 29. where the Yes is God’s foundation, and the No is the foundation of Wrath. 30. The 6th form, 31. in which the Holy Names of God stand, 32. and the wonder-working Word according to both fires, 33. which is the basis of Kabbalah and Magic. 34. The 7th form is substantiality original: "Wesenheit," the spiritual corporeality or "body" of God, from which the visible world originated; 35. in all its beings are both central fires, 36. and within lies the Holy Fire hidden, and locked away by the Wrath. 37. This Holy Fire was Paradise, and must first be found inwardly. 38. 39.
1. Answer. Although we might be difficult for the reader to understand here, he may nevertheless understand everything through Divine power and the invocation of God, if he is truly in earnest.
2. The reader should know that in "Yes" and "No" all things consist, whether they be Divine, Devilish, Earthly, or whatever may be named. The One, as the Yes, is pure power and life, and is the Truth of God or God Himself. This would
