VII ink scribble?
MEDICAL SOCIETY OF LONDON Established 1773 11, CHANDOS St. CAVENDISH SQ. W.
By the same author: a little book on the virtues of herbs, stones, and certain animals. original: "virtutibus herbarum, lapidum, & animalium". This refers to the "Liber Aggregationis," another popular medieval work on the magical and medicinal properties of nature.
Likewise, on the wonders of the world, and on certain effects caused by certain animals, etc.
We have also added, due to the similarity of the subject matter, the little work of the philosopher Michael Scot, On the Secrets of Nature. Michael Scot (c. 1175 – c. 1232) was a polymath and translator at the court of Frederick II. His work often focused on physiognomy and human generation.
