The symbols mentioned—though not rendered in text—are the "signatures" used by practitioners to communicate with these forces.

A mighty Duke who appears as a hurtful angel riding a hellish beast. He is said to give true answers about the past, present, and future, and can reveal all secrets.

A Great Marquis who appears like the Phoenix bird and has a sweet voice. He is a poet and hopes to return to the Seventh Throne in 1,200 years.

A Great Earl who appears as a stock-dove. He specializes in military matters, building towers and providing ammunition for war.

A powerful President who appears first as a crow. He can build high houses and towers, and reveals the secrets or thoughts of enemies.

A Great Earl who appears in the form of a crow. He is known for stealing treasures from kings' houses and destroying the cities and dignities of men.

A King and an Earl who appears as a lion riding a black horse. He is the only spirit who can discover hidden witches and wizards, and he builds towers and blows down stone walls.

An Earl who teaches astrology, geometry, and the virtues of herbs and woods. He is famously associated with moving the bodies of the dead from one grave to another.

VUAL
A Great Duke who appears as a mighty dromedary. He procures the love of women and speaks of things past, present, and to come.

A President who appears as a bull with griffin wings. He makes men wise and is said to transmute metals into gold and water into wine.

A Great President who appears as a thrush or a man with a sword. He gives understanding of the songs of birds, the lowing of bullocks, and the voice of the waters.

A Great Duke and Earl who appears as a warrior riding a griffin. He teaches philosophy and can constrain the souls of the deceased to answer questions.

A Great Prince who appears like a horse. He is remarkably faithful to the practitioner and will not allow any other spirit to tempt or deceive them.

A strong Duke who appears as a beautiful woman with a duchess's crown tied around her waist, riding a camel. She tells of things hidden and procures the love of women.

A King and President who turns water into wine and blood into wine (and vice versa). He makes fools wise and turns base metals into coin.

A High President who appears as a boy with angel's wings riding a two-headed dragon. He gives true answers about hidden treasures and reveals where serpents may be found.

ANDRAS
A Great Marquis who appears with the body of an angel and the head of an owl, riding a black wolf. He is considered highly dangerous, as he is prone to killing the practitioner and their assistants.

A Great Duke who appears as a leopard. He gives true answers of all things past, present, and future, but must be commanded into a triangle or he will lie.

A Great Marquis who appears as a star in a pentacle. He knows the virtues of birds and precious stones and makes all kinds of birds fly before the practitioner.

A Mighty Prince under the King of the East. He is of a good nature and can pass over the whole world in the twinkling of an eye, bringing abundance or finding lost things.

A Great Duke who appears as a man with many faces (both men's and women's). He knows the thoughts of all people and can change them at his will, and can show the likeness of any person through visions.

A Great Earl who appears as a man holding a serpent. He is the last of the spirits, tasked with bringing back thieves and stolen goods, and punishing all wicked and underhanded people.
