This manuscript page is severely damaged, exhibiting heavy staining, foxing brown spots caused by aging and moisture, and significant "ghosting" or bleed-through from the text on the reverse (recto) side. Most of the legible text is mirror-imaged and belongs to the title page of the "Catechism [issued] by decree of the Council of Trent." This side of the leaf primarily contains provenance markings and library stamps.

An indistinct circular stamp in the bottom right corner, too faded to read. The following text is "mirror-imaged" bleed-through from the opposite side of the page, appearing in reverse.
