And if Mercury ☿ is joined with Saturn ♄ in any of his own lower or upper [houses], or with Jupiter ♃, the child is born to die in misfortune, or no one wishes to encounter him, so that he may think to leave everything in evil. It is better if he is in his own signs so that he does not appear with Saturn ♄; then he is most learned and wise, composes books, and speaks much on high matters without a [set] path, and seems to find the sum of things. And if Jupiter ♃ is in the house of Saturn ♄, then as she referring to the planetary influence said, he is wordy and quick to speak, and because of this he creates many faces expressions/masks, and for that reason some repent. And if in the house of Jupiter ♃, then it is a sign of good eloquence, similar to that of the great. And if Jupiter ♃ is in the signs of Venus ♀, then he is wonderful in his tongue, so mild that he even entreats. And if Jupiter ♃ is in the signs of Mercury ☿, then he is heavy in tongue and slow of speech, and cannot explain the reason of his thought to a man very well; yet then he can speak what is in his heart, even if the tongue is hindered.
