20. The Fire-Sword from the First Principle. In Jakob Böhme's mystical system, the "First Principle" refers to the dark, fiery, and foundational source of God’s nature, associated with the Father’s power and divine wrath. The "Fire-Sword" is a symbol of this severity and the "Cherubim" guarding the way to the Tree of Life.
