There are "hard sayings" among them, mingled with "words of eternal life." The wise will know how to interpret them correctly original: "rightly to divide them," a biblical allusion to 2 Timothy 2:15.. Lady Julian will be best understood by those described by the copyist of the Sloane manuscript.
