As Solomon says in the Book of Wisdom original: "libro sapiencie"; likely referring to the Wisdom of Solomon or the general sapiential books of the Bible, all wisdom and all knowledge and all piety and every perfect and good gift descends and proceeds from Him who lives and reigns without beginning and without end, who is the true Father and Lord, and who created all things visible and invisible according to the pleasure of His will.
