Regarding the remedy original: "Ad remig"

Strain these things as well as the dregs here. Afterward, you shall take the extracted quintessence original: "exec. qitt."; referring to the fifth essence or purest part of a substance from the white water. And let the boiled matter be made, which is good for washing cloths, and make it from a thin or woolly material while moist, because the liquid clarifies vicia? again and again. I have told you to keep the glass vessel protected.

And when you have prepared it with magical lute original: "luto magiali"; a hermetic sealing paste made of clay, dung, and hair used to airtight chemical apparatus, make it so the opening is covered, or through which a wooden plug or a flat stick can be placed,
and so that the air does not run through the inside

or as you have measured. Carefully check the wood and the pot, and place the vessel in the sun for twelve days and nights under the stars. After these things, place the vessel completely covered in magical lute and let it dry. Then, place it over the hearth and make a weak fire, increasing it little by little, or let it be like the heat of candles. When half of it is thickened, at which hour the wood you made reaches the mark of the water,
lead it out so that the spirit original: "nerez"; likely a corruption of "pneuma" or "spiritus" remains inside

remove the fire unless you see the middle point which is in the glass vessel.

And beware that you do not repeat the medicine: lest you lose the vapor

The process should be done with dry materials. I have found this concerning the secrets and everywhere else with which I was certain. Others wished for this and with it they "vivified" the stones original: "uiuificabāt lapides"; an alchemical term for activating or "charging" mineral substances for transmutation, because they led them back to their nature through the spirit, and so it was done.

This deed is worthy and I go with this honor

It is more precious than jewels, and for this, God is praised because you honor Him through the volatility original: "uolatiē"; referring to the spiritous or gaseous state of the matter.

In the first place, you shall be honored

For it makes a rich man out of a poor one and makes the honored man honorable. After this, let the matter be for one day and one night, and after it is opened, return it to the water of honor original: "aquā honora" and then strain it into a glazed vessel with a cloth. Express the dregs and place them with the honor c x x' g'? together with the utility. Place it and nourish it with the white of an egg original: "albine ovi" to better the mixture. Use the hair of a hare original: "capillis lepō" and let it be distilled. When it is distilled, it shall be taken with the boiling. Lead it back and distill the dregs. You shall make it until it is completed and give it to another. Afterward, you shall take the dregs and place them in a glazed vessel. Then you shall take the white stone from the glass.
