As it is said:
"Then His supreme Face original: 'vaktra' is the seat for the expansion of Emission visarga|The creative 'outpouring' or 'overflow' of divine consciousness that results in the manifestation of the universe. It is beautiful with the Bliss of the World original: 'jagad-ānanda' that arises from the unfolding of the Absolute anuttara|The 'unsurpassed' or the Ultimate Reality beyond which nothing exists. It remains as the Seed of everything, held in a state where the future 'faces' the various powers of manifestation are not yet divided. It is considered the first wave of the supreme essence arising from the Vibration of the Heart hṛd-spanda|The subtle, eternal 'throb' or 'resonance' of consciousness. This is the supreme, subtle Triad Trika|The philosophical system centered on the trinity of Shiva, Shakti, and the Individual; or the three goddesses Parā, Parāparā, and Aparā, where all powers exist without division."
And also, regarding the word "Heart"—
By this and similar statements, [the Heart] is the abode of the venerable Kālasaṅkarṣaṇī The supreme form of the Goddess in the Krama system, whose name means 'She who draws in Time'. This abode manifests in a shimmering form by "threading together" the entire wheel of powers, beginning with the venerable Sṛṣṭikālī The aspect of the Goddess Kali who presides over the 'emission' or creation of the world. The phrase "May it shine forth" original: 'saṃsphuratāt' signifies: "May I become one with that abode through absolute identity."
What is the nature of this abode? It is described as the "Family of the Nectar of the Absolute" original: 'anuttarāmṛtakulam'. Because the acts of creation and the rest dissolve into this very place, there is no "beyond" uttara or higher reality than it; for this reason, it is the Absolute anuttara. Precisely because of this, it is Nectar amṛta, for its ultimate reality is nothing but the "wonder" camatkāra of one's own Self. For this very reason, it is the Family kula|In this context, the 'totality' of divine power or the 'embodiment' of consciousness...

Line 4: Another manuscript reads: "The vibration of the heart is the form of the supreme essence of vision, composed of that [Absolute] without any sense of 'mine'."
Line 6: Another manuscript reads: "by the threading together of the wheel of all powers starting with the time of creation."
