The Starry Messenger

As the monuments of all histories testify, your virtue alone, Greatest Hero, can impart the immortality of a name to those Stars. For who can doubt that you will not only sustain and defend the highest expectations which you have stirred by the most fortunate auspices of your Rule, but that you will even surpass them by a long interval? Thus, when you have conquered others like yourself, you may nonetheless compete with yourself, and become greater than yourself and your own magnitude day by day.

Accept therefore, Most Clement Prince, this ancestral glory reserved for you by the Stars, and enjoy for as long as possible those divine blessings, which are bestowed upon you not so much by the Stars, as by God, the Maker and Governor of the Stars.
