We hereby present to the lovers of the higher art of calculation original: "Rechenkunst"; here referring to advanced mathematics or arithmetic a work of which a Russian translation has already appeared two years ago.

The intention of the world-famous author in this regard was to produce a textbook original: "Lehrbuch" from which anyone might easily grasp and thoroughly learn Algebra without any outside assistance.
