Following Him to the best of our ability, we first acknowledge the existence of one necessary beginning. Know that in the beginning was the Glory of the Lord and a true thought reaching from the heart of the believer; and a righteous deed shall bring forth power and ability from Him. Solomon, peace be upon him, said: alone is the one God, may He be blessed; alone is the virtue, and alone is the faith from which one shall achieve, through the work, a single special property original Hebrew: segulah (סגולה), a term used in Jewish mysticism for a supernatural or talismanic remedy or property. There is one beginning and one perfection, though it is divided into many things; and in this way, the quantitative parts original Hebrew: bamutiyim (במותיים), likely a scribal error for kamutiyim (כמותיים), meaning quantitative or material divisions return to being a single whole, even though it is in an imperfect manner. So too, from these, every virtue and power grows.
In the name of the Living and True God, who is the Alpha and Omega original: אלפ"א ואו" (Alpha ve-O). These are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, used here to represent God as the beginning and the end, the beginning and the end, a composite seal of God, may He be blessed. It is known in the first part from the vision of God; for the knowledge of the second part, the vision of the angels; from the subjugation of the spirits for the knowledge of part four; from the imprisonment of those of the lower pit a reference to the inhabitants of the underworld or the abyss for the knowledge of part five. The angels are of three types: that is to say, heavenly, aerial, and terrestrial. The heavenly are also of two types: some of whom serve the God, may He be blessed, alone, and they are nine ranks: Cherubim, Seraphim, Ar'elim, etc. Traditional categories of angels in Jewish liturgy and Merkavah mysticism which are not to be spoken of by mortals, neither by natural power nor by the power of the [magical] art; and these shall not be called upon in any way, for they are always before the Lord and His Glory in praise and thanks, and they never depart from His presence. Perhaps this is because the soul of the human species is created with them, and with them it can be crowned and succeed.
Behold, the spirit can, through the grace of the Aleph original: האלף (ha-Aleph). This likely refers to the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet as a symbol of God's primal unity with its body, look upon the wonderful Glory in truth, and praise them, and recognize its Creator. And this recognition is not the recognition of God in His Glory and power, except in the way known to human beings and all the prophets. And it is proper that you should know that in this name Aika original: אייקא (Aika), likely a corruption of the Greek Agia (Holy) or a specific term for the magical art nothing evil should be understood; for Mago original: מאגו (Mago), referring to the Magus in the Greek language means "Philosopher," and in the Christian [Latin] language "Wise Man," and in the Hebrew language "Scribe." And through these, the wisdom of the wise shall be understood, for by them a man shall write them, and through it the things that are, the things that have passed, and those yet to come shall be known.
