The same is provided by the Council of Brabant The high court of the Duchy of Brabant, which held jurisdiction over Antwerp and Brussels. for the same number of years and under the same penalties as in the superior Privilege; as is more fully set forth in the letters issued at Brussels on December 3 of the same year.
