A large, central woodcut illustration of an ornate royal crown. The crown is decorated with acanthus leaf patterns and fleurs-de-lis, with three blooming flowers on long stems (resembling carnations or pinks) growing out of the top. To the right of the crown, there is a circular institutional stamp or crest featuring a cross and a smaller crown, with the motto "BY VIRTUE AND RELIGION" original: "VIRTUTE ET RELIGIONE" inscribed within.
