The perpetual Base is that from which results the perfection of the proposition and of the names; as for example, let us suppose that in a proposition the vowels below make ao, ea, ia, uo, a, which are four a?’s; we shall set down the number 16; or for two o’s, the double number such as 15; and for the uo’s, the simple number 15; and the u, the 30; and thus, having calculated the number of the whole, it will be necessary to derive the elementary number, and by means of the divine Element, the whole is easily understood, as you shall see in the Key at the end of this book.
