The tenth hour is like the first hour of Saturday night, and its master is My Lord Ali Celebi A reference to a specific spiritual authority or planetary governor in this esoteric system.
The eleventh hour is like the second hour of Saturday night, and it is suited for the sciences.
The twelfth hour is like the third hour of Saturday night, and it is a gate from the High Existence.

This is what we intended to allude to, and we have appended to it what follows in its sequence regarding the secrets of the pre-dawn period original: "al-Sahar." While often translated as magic, in this context it refers to the sacred time before dawn in which our Lord descends to the lowest heaven. Its timing resembles the afternoon hour of the day; it is the middle point. It corresponds to the time of God’s creation of Adam on the worldly Friday, and it corresponds to the time of God’s sending of Muhammad—peace and blessings be upon him—into the worldly day. It also corresponds to the birth of a human in the ninth month of the year. It corresponds to the completion of the strongest number, which is nine. It corresponds to the twentieth level from the lowest heaven ascending, and it corresponds to the lowest heaven descending from the Throne. It corresponds to the Throne within the second group, as it is the ninth. God Almighty, in every third of every night, has a divine manifestation original: "Tajalli." The act of God revealing His light or attributes to the heart of the seeker befitting that specific third.

And He opens for him gates suitable for that time, and He reveals names that correspond to that time, and angels that befit those names. He inspires the elite of His servants with intimate orisons befitting that time and requests that parallel that period. Likewise, this occurs in every night of the nights of Friday. Then the matter returns again to its beginning. Whoever understands that this is according to a precise order, and knows that every Name has a Named One—and likewise the Named One has an attribute and a form according to their different types and genera—will understand the secret of the variation in the order of the Names, the diversity of the Named Ones, and the contrast of requests and attributes. Likewise, this is indicated by the command of God Almighty:

And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them.
Every Name is "best" and beautiful to its seeker if you know how to refer back to Him and ask Him by it. Whoever approaches the matter from his own soul will find the path easy, and entering houses through their doors is the rank of the Messengers and their receiving of that from the Manifest Truth. Whoever holds the value of those outside his own religious community original: "milla" as great, will understand the secrets of his own community. He who is prevented from uncovering the revelation is bound by what he is attached to. So understand.
