Indeed, You are the Subtle, the Aware.

You have this remembrance for the beginning of dawn; one supplicates at that time and asks for whatever they desire regarding their grievances, their sanctity, and the speed of exit from every distress and grief. The sun of that day shall not rise except that their need has been fulfilled, God Almighty willing. It is essential to have presence of heart and focus.

The task original: "al-muhimma"; refers to the specific ritual application is that whoever writes [this remembrance] on the back of this mention and carries it with him, or erases it [into water] and drinks its water while in a state of ritual purity and prayer, will see such improvement in his condition and such acceptance from people on that day as he has never experienced before. Constriction and tenderness are in the land of clarity, for God speaks the truth and He guides
the way.
