In the name of God, at whose greatness
the mountains crumbled, and the hard,
difficult rocks trembled before His power.
The seas flowed and surged, and the winds
blew and then grew still, out of reverence
and veneration for the majesty of His state.
In the name of God, who created Adam
and breathed into him of His spirit, and made
His angels prostrate before him, and granted him His Paradise,
then sent him down to His earth as He willed
by His command. In the name of God, who created
in the highest heights original: "Illiyyin," referring to the highest reaches of heaven. His angels,
who are obedient to His command, prostrating
in His majesty, glorifying Him with His praise,
and shining with the splendor of His light.
So blessed be God, the best of creators! A common liturgical phrase of praise (Ar. Fatabarak Allah ahsan al-khaliqin).

and in the eye of Michael, and upon the forehead
of Raphael, and upon the tongue of ...? These are the archangels: Jibril, Mika'il, and Israfil.
