A historical manuscript page featuring a hand-drawn astrological square chart and a small portrait. The chart consists of a central square for text, surrounded by twelve triangular segments known as "houses," all enclosed in a double-ruled square border. To the right of the chart is a small, bust-length watercolor portrait of a young man set within a light circular frame. He has dark, wavy hair and sideburns, and is dressed in early 19th-century attire: a high white cravat, a yellow waistcoat, and a dark coat. The bottom two-thirds of the page are blank.
