The Fourth Table of the Spirits of the Earth.

I, N. N., command you, Awijel, by Otheos as also by Elmez through Agios.	I, N. N., a servant of God, conjure you, Ahenatos Elijon, as also Adon was cited and called Zebaoth.

This Fourth Table will give the treasures of the earth, if it be laid in the earth. Its spirits will give the treasures of earth at all times.

A rectangular magical seal or "Table" (Fig. 13) with a black background and white text/symbols. The border contains the words: RAPECHET . TOMAR . ASCHER (top), THAY (right), HYTHAL . COUA - PDTAY . YOA (bottom), and UWALA (left). The interior is divided into sections containing Hebrew-like characters, geometric symbols, and four circles. The two circles on the left contain the names AWYEL and ELMEZ. The center of the diagram is labeled Fig 13.
