A small rectangular white sticker or bookplate is pasted in the center of the page. It contains a vertical oval emblem with a blue background. Inside the oval, a white pelican is shown "in its piety" a traditional symbolic image where the mother bird wounds her own breast to feed her young with her blood, representing self-sacrifice, feeding its young in a nest. The nest is placed upon a white cube decorated with several red roses. A golden sun with radiating beams is at the top of the oval. The entire scene is framed by a gold-lettered inscription: HERMETIC PHILOSOPHY original Latin: PHILOSOPHIA • HERMETICA.
