Following this, I must briefly indicate how one can conveniently obtain the volumes still to be published according to God’s will through the way of Pränumeration pre-subscription or advance payment, and how matters stand with the most gracious Royal decree for the ecclesiastical use of this my biblical work. When I saw that the commentary published by the local orphanage original: "Waysenhaus" regarding the Apostolic Letters was sold much sooner than I had expected; and although the price was not set above 4 Groschen per Alphabet a printer's unit of measure, usually 23 to 24 printed sheets and was thus cheap in itself; nevertheless, many, students as well as preachers, testified that if the price were even lower, even more people would acquire the works. Therefore, I arranged it with the remaining Tomis volumes so that the Alphabet costs only about 3 Groschen: namely, if one wishes to pränumeriren pre-subscribe 2 Reichsthaler for a volume running approximately up to the sixteenth Alphabet, after the printing has already begun or is even more than half completed. Thereupon one can soon afterward demand the copies, without further payment, from the person to whom the money was sent. Since the first edition of the first and second volumes was handled in this manner, one can proceed likewise with the following ones as desired. And since, if God wills, the third volume will come to light in over two years, namely around the Leipzig Easter Fair in the year 1736, the Prænumeration pre-subscription can take place next year, 1735, from the Easter Fair until the Michaelmas Fair. The money can be sent postage paid original: "franco" either to the Inspector, Johann Heinrich Grischau, at the orphanage, or to me.
