The Way to Christ

Preface.

From the beginning of the world, all prophets have prophesied of Christ original: "Christo" (Latin dative). Böhme frequently uses Latin inflections for the name of Christ.; one in this way, the other in another. They have not all conducted their speech in one and the same form; rather, each one as the Spirit of God has opened to him in his soulful, eternal constellation As noted on the previous page, Böhme uses "constellation" to mean the unique spiritual and psychological makeup of an individual, shaped by eternal forces.; but they have all spoken from One Center original: "Einem Centro". In Böhme’s theology, the "Center" is the divine heart or the point of origin from which all life and light flow.. Thus it still happens today: The children of God all speak from the opening of the Spirit of Christ, which is God's, each according to his own understanding. I would therefore have you kindly reminded not to take offense at the chatter of reason original: "Vernunft-Geschwätze". This refers to human intellectualism that attempts to analyze divine things without spiritual inspiration. and proud judgments, and thereby to despise anyone's gifts: for he who does such a thing, despises the Spirit of God.

I judge no one, and condemnation is a false chatter; the Spirit of God Himself judges all things; if the same is in us, why then do we ask so long after the chatter? Rather, I rejoice much more in the gifts of my brothers. But if it be that they have had another gift to express than I, should I judge them for that?
