11. Aside from the aforementioned locations, the Duke of Bavaria and the associated Catholic Princes of Germany shall in no way seek to reclaim, either by themselves or through others, the provinces and places of Catholic Princes and states occupied by His Sacred Royal Majesty, but shall leave them in the hands of His Royal Majesty until a universal treaty is reached.
12. All EvangelicalIn this period, "Evangelical" (Evangelicæ) refers to the Protestant states and rulers, primarily Lutherans. Orders, States, Princes, Counts, Nobles, Cities, and Communities, whosoever shall wish it, shall be under the protection of His Sacred Royal Majesty of Sweden, and they shall not be afflicted in any way, openly or indirectly, to their prejudice by the said Catholic Princes of Germany.
13. Commerce between His Sacred Royal Majesty of Sweden, his subjects, and the Evangelical allies on one side, and the Duke of Bavaria and the allied Catholic Princes of Germany and their subjects on the other, shall be entirely free and shall not be hindered in any way.
14. Prisoners on both sides shall be released without ransom; specifically, the Administrator of MagdeburgChristian William of Brandenburg, who was captured during the brutal Sack of Magdeburg in 1631. captured by TillyJohann Tserclaes, Count of Tilly, the supreme commander of the Catholic League's forces. shall be released without harm.
15.
