Accordingly, in the future all Our high and low Officers / and the entire Soldiery original: "Soldatesca"; refers to the body of soldiers, often implying a mix of mercenaries and regular troops on horse and foot / shall finally and certainly take heed of this / and know how to guard themselves on all sides against Disgrace, Punishment, and Harm / for that is Our earnest and final intent / So that all of this may come to everyone's knowledge / and no one may take Cause to excuse or help themselves by any ignorance of this Our earnest Will and Command:

Thus We command our appointed District Commissioners Creyß Commissarien Administrative officials responsible for a specific 'Circle' or district of the Empire / that they publish all such things in open Print / and for everyone’s Instruction original: "Nachrichtung" in all Our occupied Quarters / Main Towns and Main Roads here and there, and shall have them publicly posted / so then such reprinted Copies, verified by the Commissioners with their signatures and Seals original: "Pittschafften" / shall be granted the same Credence as the Original. In Witness whereof We have signed this with our own Hands / and knowingly had Our Royal Secret Seal impressed upon it / So given and done in Our Royal Headquarters Kitzingen / the 16th of March, in the year 1632.
