old, there is contained more true knowledge of God and Nature than in all the other books in the world, except only Holy Scripture original: "Sacred Writ". Those who read it carefully and understand it correctly might well be excused from reading many other books, even though their authors claim to possess great knowledge of the Creator and creation.

If God ever appeared in any man, he appeared in him, as is evident from this book. The fact that a man who did not have the benefit of his ancestors' knowledge—being, as I mentioned before, the first inventor of the art of communicating knowledge to future generations original: "Posterity" through writing—could be such an exalted theologian original: "Divine" and such a profound philosopher, seems to be something more divine than human. Therefore, it was the opinion of
