Original: Carolo Magno, Charles the Great (742–814 AD).

A mystical circular diagram containing an inverted triangle. Outside the triangle, but within the circle, three words are written along the circumference: "formation" at the top, "reformation" on the right, and "transformation" on the left.

The vertices of the triangle are numbered: "1" at the top right, "2" at the bottom point, and "3" at the top left.

The interior of the triangle contains the following names of God and angels:

• Michael Hebrew: מיכאל, an archangel whose name means "Who is like God?" horizontally at the top.
• God Hebrew: אלהים (Elohim), a name denoting divine power and majesty. horizontally below Michael.
• Immanuel Hebrew: עמנואל, meaning "God is with us." written vertically down the center.
• The Lord Hebrew: יהוה, the Tetragrammaton, the sacred and unpronounceable four-letter name of God. written diagonally along the right edge.
• My Lord Hebrew: אדני (Adonai), a title used as a substitute for the sacred name. written diagonally along the left edge.
