The only additions are that the timeline and course of events were followed, and—to spare the reader the effort of deep reflection—certain circumstances original: "circumstantias" were explained at the beginning and the end. Likewise, a few helpful notes original: "notæ" for information had to be added here and there (all without any sought-after embellishment or elegance).
