The 1st Discourse.

Concerning the internal, both mediate and immediate,

guidance of GOD, to bring souls to

perfection. Volume 1, p. 1.

GOD is a God of order; therefore, he ordains everything he does with great wisdom. Indeed, he never begins any work in a soul where his order and guidance do not shine forth in a wonderful and glorious manner. However, if there is something, or if any matter is found in the guidance of souls that deviates from this wonderful order, it is certain that GOD is not present there; or, if he is indeed present, he mixes The text breaks here at the end of the page.
