the Rue de la Monnaie;

And at the Palace of the Tribunat, 2nd wooden gallery, no. 247.

The "Palais du Tribunat" refers to the Palais-Royal during the French Consulate and early Empire, where the legislative body known as the Tribunat met. It was a famous center for bookshops and commerce.

YEAR XIII. 1805.

The French Revolutionary calendar was still in official use in early 1805; "Year XIII" corresponds to the period from September 1804 to September 1805.
