A detailed copperplate engraving shows a tall palm tree in a landscape. In the foreground, two figures run toward the right. One is a young woman representing the Soul. The other is Jesus, shown with a radiant halo of light around his head. Two flowing cords or ribbons connect the figures. Jesus holds a small, smoking lamp or censer in his left hand. Winged cherub heads look down from clouds in the sky. The artist signed the engraving in the bottom right corner.
