An engraved armorial bookplate, or ex-libris, is pasted onto the center of the page. The heraldic design features a shield divided by a chevron. The upper field contains two six-pointed stars, while the lower field displays a single flower, possibly a rose, on a long stem. The shield is topped with a barred helmet, floral mantling, and a crown. The crest above the crown consists of a pair of wings flanking a repetition of the flower on a stem motif. Below the heraldry, within a bordered frame, is a text inscription in cursive script.
