P. J. Meertens
Pieter Jacobus Meertens (1899–1985) was a prominent Dutch scholar of linguistics, literature, and folklore. He is famously known as the inspiration for the character A.P. Beerta in J.J. Voskuil's novel cycle The Bureau.

Of this booklet The Dutch word used is "boekje," a diminutive form implying a small or cherished volume. no second copy is known to me.
