A figure is seated on the right bank. Surrounding the circle is a motto in Dutch: "WHERE IT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN DRY, THERE SHALL BE POOLS - ISAIAH 35" (original: "WAER · HET · TE · VOOREN · DROOCH · GEWEEST · IS · DAER · SVLLEN · VIVERS · SYN · ESA 35").
