More will be said regarding this in due time in the following sections. Mining histories also testify to us that when miners violently break through hard rocks and subterranean cliffs in the firmest mountains with their tools, or blast them apart with Water $\nabla$ The symbol $\nabla$ represents Water; here it likely refers to hydraulic pressure or a water-based solvent used in mining, they have found a Water $\nabla$ inside these stones. This water had permeated through them here and there and served as their nourishment and food; indeed, such a water can also be produced through distillation from some types of stones and minerals. Beyond this, if one examines closely and specifically all such stones and pebbles that are grown through with diverse and variously colored veins, one will truly find that if these veins could be artistically separated from the stone, nothing would remain of them but the bare pieces of the stone itself. One will then certainly find that these pieces of stone—between which the mentioned veins once lay—were not actually separate, but were merely split and cracked apart, as it were, and their crevices still fit back together perfectly. From this, one can clearly understand that these stones or pebbles must indisputably have contained a water or sap within them, which split them, permeated them, and emerged all at once, settling between the sides. It thus kept the stone constantly apart, growing and increasing along with it. This is set down here in such detail for the further reflection of those who love these arts, for truly something special is hidden herein, as will happen again from time to time in the following pages; and thus, what was briefly mentioned there is fully proven.

§. 16. We have thus proven and demonstrated with irrefutable reasons: Firstly, that Water $\nabla$ is the first secondary quality original Latin: prima qualitas secundaria, or the first Material Mother, from which all other tangible bodies, whatever they may be named, are generated and brought forth. Secondly, that the drifting sand, or the Virgin Earth, is the other universal Mother, generated solely and alone from the first, and can thus rightfully say of itself: I am the Earth, which is made by Heaven. Truly, here is found a matter about which something special could be said, but from which we now deviate for certain reasons. As for what else the drifting sand may be, it has been described extensively according to its external form: namely, that it consists of the most minute particles original Latin: ex minutissimis Corpusculis, which are of a glassy nature. If one views them through a good microscope, one will find in truth that they are all altogether of different figures and shapes, none equal to the other. This cannot be otherwise, because their birth (as previously recounted at length) originated from the Water $\nabla$. Each individual minute part of this water contains within itself the powers or outpourings original Latin: effluvia of the Sun, the Moon, and all the stars—namely, their seeds, which are of innumerable types and shapes. For every star, as well as the Sun and Moon, was specifically qualified out of the Heavens original: Schamajim (as already frequently proven above). These different qualities or heavenly seeds, sunk into the Water $\nabla$, cause the innumerable different births, especially of stones, rocks, and mountains, and from these the herbs, shrubs, and trees, as is reported in Genesis 1:11 and 12.

This is indisputably proven by the following experiment: if one pours 1,000 pounds of well-purified Mercury ☿ together in a wide field, undivided so that all its parts remain together in one body, one will be able to see and observe in that same Mercury the entire horizon and all its parts and whatever is found upon it, perfectly as if in a bright mirror. If one then further takes this Mercury ☿ and divides it by separation by separation original abbreviation: ~ationem or by other means into an unspeakable number of the most minute globules, one will find through a good magnifying glass or microscope that in each of these globules—just as in the previous large body—one can likewise see and observe the entire horizon and all its parts. The same condition applies to the Water $\nabla$ and all its most subtle parts, as this experiment with Mercury ☿ irrefutably shows: namely, that all parts of the Water $\nabla$, even the most incomprehensible ones, contain the whole just as the large body does—the total Heavens original: totum Schamajim—exactly as it is found and specified in the Stars. Likewise, every little body of the Virgin Earth, as the offspring of water, must contain within itself the entire heavenly seed from the Sun $\odot$, Moon $\leftmoon$, and Stars. It is sufficiently known to those practiced in the true art of assaying term: docimastica arte — the art of testing metals and minerals for purity that not even a grain of sand is to be found, even if it be only as large as a speck of sunlight, that does not have within itself a little subtle, spiritual Sun $\odot$ and Moon $\leftmoon$. This is nothing other than the true influence of the Light and the Night, or the Sun, Moon, and Stars. For the first Material Mother is, as mentioned briefly before, the Water $\nabla$ originating from the Center of all higher things, and from this the other universal Mother, the Virgin Earth (drifting sand), which is entirely of one kind with the first. From its most subtle and inner dust (its essence) [Dust original Hebrew: Aphar], Man was formed—from the living Sun $\odot$ and Moon $\leftmoon$ Dust original Hebrew: Aphar, which also signifies the eternal world. Here is the bridle that holds back my all-too-rambling thoughts, for which reason I must now break off and remain silent for a while before I deepen or even fall into the abyss upon which the Spirit of God hovered (Genesis 1:2). However, we have at least partially fulfilled our promise in §. 14 Letter t., and the understanding person can thereby elevate his thoughts a little and consider the Microcosm term: Microcosmum — the human being seen as a miniature map of the entire universe more closely; thus he will perhaps learn to perfectly recognize his indestructible and eternal body.
