What was the ground and the essence from
which the angels were created; what
was that same power in the Word of God
which flowed out and became
creaturely?

The Scripture says of GOD: Psalm 104:4.

You make your servants winds, and your angels flames of fire.

In these words lies the entire understanding; for with the word "servants," the pictorial Idea is understood as the spirit of the angels, [coming] from the breath or breathing of Divine strength and power, from the Holy Name of God.
