It had various readings noted in the margin, about which Petrus Bondam Peter Bondam (1727–1800) was a Dutch historian and jurist known for his work on legal history and classical texts. himself wrote in his Various Readings original: "Variis lectionibus" book 1, chapter 7, page 51.
