Commentary: If at the time of birth Mars is in the First House the house of self and physical body, the person will face fear from legal punishment and iron objects. He will experience intense anger, much like a lion. His wife may pass away. He will suffer from ailments of the head and the eyes. Furthermore, whenever he is about to receive the rewards of his labor, some calamity or obstacle will intervene.
What is the use of a family or wealth to him who has Mars in the second house? Just as a monkey does not know what to do with a pearl necklace, who would stand before him to argue when Mars is in the house of wealth? || 2 ||
Commentary: For one who has Mars in the Second House the house of wealth and family, of what use is a wife or the accumulation of riches? Just as a monkey märkata cannot decide whether to protect or discard a precious necklace, a person with Mars in this position is unpredictable. No one will dare to stand before him to engage in debate or dispute.
