...the ends of the heavens. And then all the world shall know that the King Messiah has been revealed in the land of the Galilee. And all those who labor in the Torah shall gather to him, and they are the few in the world. This refers to the King who investigates the forces of the Other Side term: Sitra Achra — the realm of evil or "the other side" in Kabbalistic thought, the legions and the mistresses below. ...do not awaken...? do not awaken the Love—this is the Right Hand of the Holy One, Blessed be He—to investigate the love until it pleases, which is when the Divine Presence is in the dust and the will of the King is found in her. Who can endure it? May the Holy One, Blessed be He have mercy. And he said: “O Lord, other lords besides You have ruled over us; but by You only will we make mention of Your name.” The sages established this verse regarding the spirit of faith. The Lord our God—this is the fruit of the supernal lights, the place from which all the radiance of the lamps emerges to be kindled, and there all the spirit of faith rests. And although ...other lords...? have ruled over us, for in the exile the Other Side rules over Israel, nevertheless, the Spirit of Holy Strength and the Assembly of Israel term: Knesset Yisrael — the spiritual archetype of the Jewish people, often identified with the Shekhinah are not blessed except from this source.
