[This page is blank.]
This leaf is a blank flyleaf, a common structural element in early modern bookbinding. These pages were often left unprinted or unwritten to protect the main text of the manuscript from the wear and tear of the heavy covers. While the surface shows minor staining or "foxing" caused by the aging of the paper fibers, it contains no intentional writing or decoration.
