Adding one, it becomes 152, which are the intercalary months Adhimasa: extra lunar months added to the calendar to keep it in sync with the solar year.
Subtracting these from the total months results in 4933. Divided by twelve, the quotient is the elapsed years Gatabda: the number of years that have fully passed in an era, which is 411, with a remainder of 1 month.
By adding these elapsed years to the Brahma-equal Saka year 1105, the desired Saka year Shaka: a historical calendar era beginning in 78 CE 1516 is produced.
Thus, if the Saka middle-calculation begins from the month of Chaitra, then 134 should be added; if it begins from Ashadha, then 135 should be added.
As it is said: "The era of King Vikrama is reduced by the 'Vedas-qualities-moon' (134) for the three months starting with Chaitra. For the month of Ashadha, it is reduced by 'five-world-one' (135); thus is the measure of the Saka era."
In this case, since it is the beginning, 134 is added. Thus, in the year Samvat 1650, the Saka year is 1516.
By another method: on the 10th day of the bright fortnight of the lunar month Vaishakha, corresponding to the 13th day of the worldly month Jyeshtha, on Wednesday, at the time of the 6th lunar day (5:58), at that moment, the entry likely a formal arrival or initiation of the Great Teacher Shri Harsharatnamani occurred. || 5 || 6 ||

Regarding "Multiplied by three-zero-mountains" and "Standing separately": when divided by "sky-six-fire" (360), the quotient obtained shall be the elapsed years. The remainder, divided by "sky-three" (30), gives the count of months starting from Chaitra. The remaining lunar days are the measure of the date. The rest is clear.
